Where do you deliver / ship and how much will it cost?
Local flower deliveries within the municipality of Vancouver will start from $10 based on your postal code, and flower deliveries to addresses in the Greater Vancouver area will start from $20 depending on the area +. Pickup from our Shop located at 1359 Richards St. during store hours 10am-6pm.
When will the flowers be delivered?
Local deliveries will be delivered between 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm on the order date selected. If you require a special timed delivery (for example, must be there before 3:00pm),
please get in touch via email (info@senflowerflorist.ca) as there will be based on availability otherwise additional fee is required for us to arrange a special courier. Same-day orders must be placed by 1:00 pm, and will be delivered between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm. No delivery on Sunday unless there is a special occasion and shop will be open, which would be announced ahead.
How do I know if my order got delivered?
When your order gotten delivered you will receive an email that your order has been completed,
however if by any chance you didn’t received the email or would like to follow up with your order please feel free to contact us via our email, phone call or WhatsApp message on the website.
Can I place an order for pick-up?
Yes, definitely! Please place your order online and select “Store Pick-Up”. Shop days and hours Monday to Saturday from 10-6pm. Orders for same-day pickup must be placed by 1:00 pm and will be ready for pick-up between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up.
What if the recipient isn't home?
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our couriers will do their best to get in touch with the recipient for next steps. Since we pack all our deliveries in water, they can be left at the front door if deemed safe, or with a concierge/reception desk when available.
